By using Yanyana you agree to these terms. Yanyana is provided by Roof Stacks.
What Yanyana does and doesn't do
Yanyana makes it easy for the people you love to say "I'm OK" at a set time, and notifies people in your circle when they haven't.
Yanyana is not an emergency or medical service. It doesn't call for help, doesn't monitor health, and can't guarantee that notifications always arrive on time. Notifications depend on the phone being on, an internet connection, notification permissions and Apple/Google services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your account.
- Only invite people who agree to join a circle. Set up a phone for someone else ("Simple view") only with their knowledge and consent.
- You may not use the app to harass or track others, or for unlawful purposes.
Family plan and payments
- The free plan includes the core features. The Family plan is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription; everyone in the payer's circles benefits.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the paid period begins. A trial can be used once per account.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Intellectual property
Yanyana's name, design and software belong to Roof Stacks. You may use the app for personal use; you may not copy or reverse engineer it.
Limitation of liability
Yanyana is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from them.
Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Changes and governing law
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and announce important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
